According to Leroy Ryser (Zofinger Tagblatt), the forward will play for the Bears the next season.

Simon Sterchi to make the jump to the National League.
SC Langenthal

After two seasons with SC Langenthal, Simon Sterchi is supposedly going to return to his formative club, SC Bern, for the 2020-21 season. This year, despite suiting up only 36 times due to a concussion, the 25-year-old set a new personal record for assists and points, with 21 and respectively 36.

Ryser also reports that the future of forward Tom Gerber, who was injured for quite some time, has yet to be determined. As for the import players, it is not yet clear who SC Langenthal will keep and who will have to look for a new employer.

According to team manager Kevin Schläpfer, they are, however, not in a rush to lock those players in. The same applies to the players they will receive from their partner team.
