The 28-year-old defenseman, whose contract in Lugano has not been extended, is also looking into a Master's degree in economics.

Will Massimo Ronchetti return to hockey or not?

"I still have to decide what to do," Massimo Ronchetti says when asked about his future by 20 Minuti and adds: "And I still don't know if it will be in hockey. Now it's all stopped and there's a big question mark, but I have time to reflect and I'm calm."

The 28-year-old is also looking into a Master's degree in economics: "At the moment, as I have a lot of free time, I take advantage of it to review the subject and to inform myself about the courses," he explains to the same source.

For the past four seasons, Ronchetti suited up for his youth team HC Lugano (9 points in 152 games), as well as for the HCB Ticino Rockets. Before that, he spent two seasons with the SCL Tigers, helping them to get promoted to the National League in 2015.
