While Harri Pesonen's contract with the Tigers includes an out-clause, it also includes a transfer fee of CHF 400,000.

According to the clause in Pesonen's contract, Metallurg Magnitogorsk has to pay the money until June 30 at the latest, Klaus Zaugg (Watson) reports. So far, however, the SCL Tigers have not received anything and will thus neither confirm the deal nor sign the international transfer card and release their Finnish forward.

About a week ago, the KHL's Metallurg Magnitogorsk informed that they have signed Harri Pesonen to a two-year contract.

In other news, the SCL Tigers have a preferred candidate as Rikard Franzén's assistant coach, Zaugg further reports. They are trying to sign the Danish coach Jens Nielsen, who worked with Franzén as an assistant coach for Heinz Ehlers on the Danish national team.
