As reported by the Südostschweiz, the 83-year-old accuses the club of "serious breach of contract".

According to Buser, he transferred three million francs to the account of the HCD in November as an advance payment for the organization of classical concerts in Davos. Although the millionaire has supposedly fulfilled his financial obligations, the logo of his foundation, which should have been affixed to the ice stadium according to the contract, has not been placed yet. Now Buser is threatening the club to collect this debt.

Gaudenz Domenig, president of HC Davos responds by saying that the advance payment of over three million Swiss francs mentioned by Buser is not correct in this amount. Moreover, Domenig states that they cannot advertise a foundation that does not exist. He refers to the change of the name of the Res Ubique Foundation to Buser World Music Forum Foundation, which has not yet taken place. Therefore, the new name has accordingly not been registered in the commercial register. The club also offered to affix the old name, but this offer was not accepted.

Under the current dispute, it seems questionable whether it will be possible to plan classical concerts in Davos and other parts of the partnership between HCD and Buser are also unlikely to be implemented in the near future.
