At the beginning of the month, JYP announced that Julius Nättinen has made use of his out-clause and will play abroad next season. According to the Finnish website MTV Uutiset, he is looking at the SHL, the National League, and the KHL.
But, of course, these leagues always seem to be on top of the list of any player who wants to play in Europe. According to the same source, Nättinen's new team should be known at some point later this month if everything goes according to plan.
Last season, Julius Nättinen was the Finnish Liiga's top goal scorer. In 54 regular season games with JYP Jyväskylä, he scored 33 goals and added 22 assists.
