EWZ is allowed to support the Lions over the next four years.
As the owner of the company, the City of Zurich has to approve all sponsorships of EWZ. On Wednesday evening, the city's parliament, has done just that, the news agency Keystone-SDA reports.
Among the institutions that EWZ is sponsoring are also the ZSC Lions. Thanks to the approval of the parliament, EWZ is allowed to support the Lions with an annual maximum of CHF 761,400 over the course of the next four years.
