The six players will be part of Lausanne HC's training camp and play in the preseason games. They will get the opportunity to either gain a spot on LHC's roster or one of their partner teams (HCV Martigny or the HCB Ticino Rockets).
20-year-old Nicolas Heini last played for HC Davos' U 20 team which he captained. Emilijus Krakauskas, 23, for his part, has suited up for EHC Kloten in the past two seasons. Marco Cavelleri, who played in Canada before joining EVZ's organization in 2018, last played for the Rockets.
Rihards Puide is a product of the ZSC Lions' organization and recorded three goals and eight assists in 44 games for the GCK Lions last season. Kristian Suleski, the only defenseman of the six newly acquired players, played for SC Lyss and SC Langenthal last season.
