Already at the end of March Sport-Center reported that Lausanne HC and Cory Conacher have agreed to terms. Now, the club confirms that the forward has signed a three-year contract.
In addition to Cory Emmerton and Conacher also the American forward Brian Gibbons (Carolina Hurricanes) and Canadian defenseman Mark Barberio (Colorado Avalanche) are supposed to join LHC, Sport-Center reported. So far, the club has not confirmed their arrival.
Cory Conacher has been part of the organization of the Tampa Bay Lightning since 2016, when he left SC Bern after one season. Since then, he appeared in 52 games in the NHL, in which he recorded 17 points (nine goals).
