The 23-year-old forward is a restricted free agent and does not yet know what his future will hold.

Reto Kläy confirms to Zentralplus that they are indeed interested in the forward. Thürkauf told the Luzerner Zeitung back in March that he does not exclude the possibility to return to EV Zug but that the NHL remains his priority.

Of course, with the 2020-21 NHL season likely starting in December, Thürkauf might get the same opportunity as Tobias Geisser and Nico Gross.

Kläy also has some other issues to attend: the National League team has yet to sign a fourth import player for the next season. However, as Kläy confirms to the same source, they are looking to add a centerman, but he has to wait to make his move as the Bulls still are in a hiring freeze.
