In order to face the economic difficulties expected due to the Covid-19 pandemic, also in Ambrì it was decided to implement savings measures such as salary cuts.
"The agreement has already been signed - explained HC Ambrì-Piotta's team manager Paolo Duca to the RSI - and the modification of the contracts is real. It is a measure that touches all employees. There has been great understanding and spirit of solidarity, I perceived once more strong principles from everyone".
