As Bern's CEO Marc Lüthi explained in an interview with Watson's Klaus Zaugg, neither replacing the coach or team manager is a viable option for the club. Lüthi explained that the financial situation would not allow Bern to hire a new coach. SCB is also not able to hire an additional import player due to the current situation.
Lüthi also rejected the idea that team manager Florence Schelling could serve as head coach but looks to her to take the necessary steps and lead Bern to sportive success.
