"My childhood dream has always been to become champion of the National League wearing an EV Zug," Yannick Zehnder tells Zentralplus. "I cannot imagine anything more beautiful. I am striving to experience great moments with EVZ. That's why my future lies here."

13 players of EV Zug are looking for new contracts as of spring 2021. Team manager Reto Kläy will likely not be able to keep all of them on the team. However, as Zehnder tells the same source, he already has had some "good talks" with Reto Kläy.

Zehnder has recorded four goals and three assists in ten games for EV Zug this season. On average, he has been on the ice for 14:43 minutes per game.
