As Klaus Zaugg (Watson) reports, the SCL Tigers have already inked the 19-year-old forward to a contract extension.

In his first eight games in the National League, the young forward has left an intriguing impression. But for team managers, who might be interested in signing Petrini, it is already too late, Zaugg writes. Patrick Petrini will stay with the Tigers for two more years, until 2023.

An official confirmation of the new deal and of any other deal in the league will have to wait. As Zaugg writes, the league has forbidden the clubs to announce any new signings or extensions until the end of January.
