The heavily discussed topic about the number of imports allowed in the National League has been decided. For next season, everything will stay as it is. The year after, however, the number will go from four up to seven allowed imports per game. At the same time, the rules about Swiss licenses will change. Currently valid for all ages, these licenses will only be available until the age of 22.

Another topic at the administrative board's meeting was the schedule for the remainder of the season, which will be released next week. The intention is to finish the regular season on April 5 and start the Pre-Playoffs two days later. This way, the playoffs should be wrapped up before the start of the World Championship.

In March, the league reform will be decided on. The goal is to have regulation details worked out with the clubs until then. The shareholders of the league are already in agreement about the content of the shareholder agreement.
