Whereas Reto Suri has signed a three-year deal, Samuel Kreis and Fabrice Herzog have both inked two-year contracts with EVZ.

For forward Reto Suri it is a return to his former club. After two seasons with HC Lugano, the 31-year-old will wear EVZ's jersey again as of next season. His new contract is valid until 2024. Also Fabrice Herzog is well-known in Zug; the 26-year-old already suited up for them before he joined the ZSC Lions in 2015.

For defenseman Samuel Kreis, however, EV Zug is a completely new adventure. The 26-year-old joins the Kolinstädter from EHC Biel, where he has played for the past four seasons.

Moreover, forward Sven Senteler has signed a two-year contract extension. The club also announces extensions with several of their youngsters: Dario Wüthrich and Yannick Zehner will stay until 2023, Sven Leuenberger until 2024, and Livio Stadler until 2025. Also Nico Gross stays until 2022. Tobias Geisser and Calvin Thürkauf, however, will return to North America next season.

There is also a new addition to their coaching staff: Niklas Gällstedt reinforces head coach Dan Tangnes' team. The 54-year-old joins EVZ from the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers on a two-year deal.
