The Czech forward, who possesses a Swiss player's license, will leave Lausanne and stay with HC Ambrì-Piotta until at least 2022.

Petr Cajka has been acquired by HC Ambrì-Piotta

Lausanne HC's Petr Cajka immediately joins HC Ambrì-Piotta until 2022, with an option for the following season. The 20-year-old mainly suited up for the HCB Ticino Rockets in the Swiss League, playing only two games with LHC this season. Cajka had joined the Lions from Genève-Servette HC at the beginning of the current season. In 34 games on loan with the Rockets, Cajka recorded 24 points, making him the top scorer of the team.

For an arrival, though, there are two departures: effective immediately Stanislav Horanský and Robin Schwab will reinforce EHC Olten for the remainder of the season. The Mice have acquired the B-license of the Slovakian forward, who will return to Ambrì at the end of the season, as he holds a contract with the Biancoblù valid until 2022. For his part, Schwab has terminated his contract with HCAP and signed a deal with EHC Olten until the end of the season.

The hiring of the two forwards can also be seen as a precautionary measure in the case the championship of the OHL will indeed start, with Brennan Othmann and Mason McTavish, in that case, leaving Olten for their respective clubs.

This season, Horanský has recorded five points in 23 games with HCAP, while Schwab played on loan to the HCB Ticino Rockets, collecting four points in 36 games.
