HC Lugano introduced Chris McSorley as their new head coach today. As Klaus Zaugg (Watson) already reported at the end of April, the two parties have agreed on a three-year contract.
The Bianconeri already announced on Tuesday that they would no longer count on Serge Pelletier for the 2021-22 season. The Canadian had been with HCL since December 2019, when he replaced Sami Kapanen.
McSorley used to be a big part of Genève-Servette HC's organization from 2001 until 2020, as both head coach and team manager.
