"It is no secret that Santeri Alatalo will leave us," the head coach tells the Neue Zürcher Zeitung when talking about the difficulties of replacing two high-end defensemen: Alatalo and Raphael Diaz (HC Fribourg-Gottéron).
Rumors that he will sign with HC Lugano have been around since the end of November. At the time, Alatalo stated that he had not yet made his mind up and that he would not make any rash decisions, but it seems now clear that he will indeed play in Lugano next season. The club, however, has yet to make an official announcement.
