Sandro Zurkirchen: Next stop Ajoie?

For their first season back in the National League, the Ajoulots are looking for a second goaltender to share the workload with Tim Wolf. Whereas Léchenne confirms their interest in Sandro Zurkirchen, he also knows their limits: "We can't offer big salaries - but we offer the chance to play in the top league."
After spending the past two seasons with HC Lugano, the 31-year-old Zurkirchen did not receive a new contract from the Bianconeri. This season, he appeared in twelve regular season games, in which he stopped 90.31 percent of all shots (2.93 goals against average).
