American forward Peter Mueller has to inform his club until the end of May if he wants to make use of his out-clause, iSport.cz reports. Up to this point, everything seems to be open. "It's fifty-fifty," his agent tells the Czech news outlet. "Negotiations are ongoing, but I can't say with whom. It's nothing that Peter is completely interested in yet."

In addition to an offer from Switzerland, there also seems to be interest from a club in the KHL, the same source reports. Mueller is looking for a lucrative salary, but also for an ambitious team and a good place to live with children. "Peter's not just going anywhere," his agent says. "There aren't many teams that can do everything."

The 33-year-old forward is well-known in Switzerland. He played for EHC Kloten from 2013 to 2015, before he left in direction of Sweden. This season, he was the Czech Extraliga's top scorer. For Kometa Brno, he recorded 64 points (29 goals) in 46 regular season games.
