As anticipated a couple of days ago by the Südostschweiz, Gilles Senn has found an agreement with his former club, thus returning to Switzerland after two seasons mainly spent with the Devils' affiliate in the AHL, the Binghamton Devils. With Senn, Davos has now three netminders under contract for the upcoming season, but it is no secret that Robert Mayer might have to leave the club soon.

Team manager Jan Alston believes that Senn has matured even further in the USA: "Gilles Senn belongs to HC Davos. As a young teenager, he matured into a top goaltender in Davos, where he has shown in troubled times that he can grow from challenges. Now Gilles has been able to gain further valuable experience in North America and develop as a goalkeeper and as a person."
