The 27-year-old goaltender has signed a three-year extension with LHC, which keeps him in Lausanne until 2024. Petr Svoboda, Director of Hockey Operations, is happy about the extension:

«His potential is huge, his work ethic is impeccable and he will contribute greatly to our progression as a team»
Petr Svoboda

Although now officially announced by Lausanne HC, the extension does not come as a surprise. Already in February, Svoboda confirmed to 24 heures that Boltshauser will stay for three more years.

In the past season, Luca Boltshauser appeared in 23 regular season games for the Lions in which he stopped 92% of all shots. In the playoffs, he suited up in two games (90%).
