The forward says good bye to the National League and joins the NHL team as of the upcoming season, signing a one-year, two-way contract.

Charles Hudon played 39 games for Lausanne this past season, scoring 17 goals and 18 assists. That he could join the Lightning was already rumored a couple of weeks ago as he became a free agent in the NHL as of the beginning of July.

During his career, Hudon appeared in a total of 125 NHL games for the Montreal Canadiens, scoring 41 points.
