As 24 heures reveals, Lausanne HC is on the lookout for a reinforcement: "We are looking at the market, but nothing is imminent," confirms head coach John Fust. Apparently, Lausanne is targeting a forward. Currently, the Lions have two import defensemen (Martin Gernát and Mark Barberio) and three forwards (Phil Varone, Cory Emmerton, and Jiří Sekáč) under contract.

On a side note, youngster Guillaume Maillard will not be in the lineup tonight, as he joins Cody Almond in the infirmary. No further information is given on his injury. In five games so far, the forward has to collect his first point yet.
