Joakim Eriksson was in Switzerland due to the gathering of the European Hockey Club Alliance and also used the opportunity to meet for some talks.

"[...] It's no secret that we are courting them and we think it would be very good if they were to return to Djurgården [...]," the team manager tells Aftonbladet. "They have expiring contracts, they see themselves returning to Djurgården but we'll see when that is."

Marcus Krüger, who currently plays for the ZSC Lions, has recorded four goals and six assists in 17 games for the Lions this season. Fellow Swede Daniel Brodin put up three goals and five assists in 18 games for HC Fribourg-Gottéron. Both players used to play for Djurgårdens IF and will be at the end of their contract come 2022.
