Hnat Domenichelli, team manager of HC Lugano, believes that Jeremi Gerber has great potential: "We are very happy to have Jeremi with us for the next seasons. We are convinced that he is a powerful forward who has a bright future in the National League".
HC Lugano will be Gerber's second club, having only played in SC Bern's organization so far, with the exception of some games on loan with EHC Visp. This season, the 21-year-old forward has scored five goals and collected two assists in 25 games, already surpassing his previous best marks for goals and points, set in the last season.
