While EHC Olten will lose their starting goaltender, they will gain another netminder.

As Klaus Zaugg reports (published in the Oltner Tagblatt), Simon Rytz has agreed to terms with EHC Biel and will join them on a one-year contract. The goaltender confirmed to the same source last week that he was in talks with team manager Martin Steinegger.

While EHC Olten will thus lose their netminder, they have already found a replacement: Dominic Nyffeler will leave EHC Kloten and suit up for the Mice as of next season. The goaltender has appeared in twelve games for Kloten this season, posting a .942 save percentage.
