Having worked as HC Lugano's director of scouting since 2020, Julien Vauclair has taken on a new challenge in his post-active career. Effective immediately, he will be the new team manager for HC Ajoie. He has signed a contract over five years.
Vauclair made his first steps in hockey with Ajoie before joining Lugano, where he was until retiring from playing two years ago. His younger brother Tristan was recently announced as the new head of Ajoie's youth department, starting in summer.
