The 27-year-old Canadian forward will thus wear the Bianconeri's jersey for a second consecutive season.

"Troy is the perfect example of a player who knew how to make the most of an opportunity we gave him," HC Lugano's team manager Hnat Domenichelli praises the performance of Troy Joseph with HC Lugano.

Josephs joined HC Lugano in March 2019 on loan from EHC Visp and then received a one-year deal with the Bianconeri in summer. "He has earned his renewal and we are happy to continue to work and grow with him as we build our future together," Domenichelli says.

This season, Troy Josephs has collected 24 points (12 goals) in 33 games, ranking fourth on HC Lugano's squad, behind Mark Arcobello, Luca Fazzini, and Santeri Alatalo.
