Linked to HC Ajoie in January and then to EHC Visp recently, it seems now that Noël Bader will hang up his skates and retire from professional hockey. Bader has been a member of the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers for the past four years, minding the net of the Rosenstädter for 58 times.
As the same source reports, the future of Zack Mitchell with the Lakers is still open. Mitchell was signed in August as an injury replacement for Steve Moses. In 57 games with SCRJ, the 29-year-old Canadian recorded 26 points.
