While Bromé will thus leave Davos, another Swede will suit up for the National League team in the 2022-23 season.

Mathias Bromé and HC Davos mutually agreed to dissolve their current deal. The forward wanted to return to Sweden for personal reasons. He has agreed to terms with Örebo Hockey. As reported by Expressen last week, he has signed a six-year contract with the SHL team.

HC Davos has, however, already found a replacement: Leon Bristedt has agreed to a two-year contract with the National League team. The 27-year-old forward, who played for Rögle BK in the past four seasons, recorded 14 goals and 32 assists in 46 regular-season games last season.
