EV Zug has announced their second new import signing. Peter Cehlárik joins them on a two-year deal. The previous two off-seasons, Swiss teams were reportedly already interested in the Slovak, but first Leksands IF and then Avangard Omsk had come out on top.

"With Peter, we have found the perfect player for our last foreigner position. He has an excellent game vision and a very good shot", Zug's team manager Reto Kläy states in regards to the 26-year-old.

This past season, Cehlárik put up 14 goals and 23 assists in 52 games for Omsk in the KHL. The year prior, in the SHL, he recorded 20 goals and 21 assists in 49 appearances.
