Citing sources from France, Blick reports that Yorick Treille has recently told the French federation that he would leave his current position in order to become a coaching staff member of Genève-Servette HC.
Treille was also considered one of the front runners for the succession of Gary Sheehan in Porrentruy. However, at the time, his current employer had not been willing to let him leave. Treille has been coaching for the French federation since the 2018-19 season. He served as an assistant coach of the first team as well as a head coach for the U20 national team.
