Effective immediately, Anjo Urner will join EHC Kloten as CEO. Christian Fontana, former head of the administrative office, will thus gradually hand over the business to him. Urner has a degree in economics and has already worked in the sports and entertainment business in recent years.
For his part, Fontana becomes responsible for the newly created division "EHC Kloten Business", which will cultivate and expand the existing networks with the aim of creating an even broader financial base for the club.
Concerning the sport area, Patrik Bärtschi has decided to leave EHC Kloten at the end of the 2022-23 season. The club has therefore started the search for a successor to the current team manager.
