Guillaume Maillard has been borrowed from Lausanne HC until the international break in November due to injury worries at EHC Biel. Now that these worries have faded, Maillard's future is not yet settled.
For Steinegger, it is a possibility to keep the young forward in Biel: "But the deal is that he will return to Lausanne," he explains to the Bieler Tagblatt. "We'll take a closer look at it next week."
In eight games for EHC Biel so far, Maillard has scored two goals and was on the ice for 9:42 per game on average.
