When looking for a new head coach, SC Bern does not seem to be keen on any experiments. "Let's put it this way: I believe, in this situation, we need an experienced person," CEO Raeto Raffainer tells the Blick.
The first applications have already arrived. It is now team manager Andrew Ebbett's task to find the perfect solution. "It should be a modern coach who focuses on puck management hockey, who has leadership qualities and experience," Raffainer says.
Asked by Blick if former ZSC Lions coach Marc Crawford could be an option, Raffainer keeps a low profile: "I only know that he is on the market and was recently in discussions with federations. However, I have had no contact with him since April."
