According to the Berner Zeitung, EHC Biel will not be the next team of Samuel Kreis, whose contract will expire at the end of the season. The Seelanders had been interested in the defender of EV Zug.
SC Bern has also kept an eye on their former defenseman, who has recorded two goals and seven assists in 29 games for EVZ this season. Whether he will end up there remains to be seen though. According to the newspaper, he has an offer that is "financially more lucrative" than the one of SC Bern.
