Harri Pesonen, a member of the SCL Tigers since 2018 (with the exception of the 2020-21 season), will continue playing in Langnau for two additional seasons. The captain is "a world-class player and he is one of the most important pillars in this team", reads the club's statement.

With the contract extension of Harri Pesonen and together with the two other Finns Vili Saarijärvi and Aleksi Saarela, who both have contracts valid for the next season, three import positions are filled for the upcoming championship.

The 34-year-old forward is currently the SCL Tigers' fourth-best point-getter. He has played 34 games this season and collected 26 points. With 14 goals, he is the Tigers' top scorer, tied with Aleksi Saarela.
