"It's a lot of fun and it will be an exciting adventure to try out," Borgman says to Hockeysverige.se. "I have heard very good things about the league and the life there. I have talked to some Swedes who have lived there. It will be damn good." An out-clause with Frölunda HC, which he recently made use of, allows him to leave Gothenburg and sign with a club abroad.
Which jersey he is going to wear next season, Borgman does not say. According to earlier reports from Sweden, several Swiss teams have shown interest in him, among them SC Bern and HC Fribourg-Gottéron.
This season so far, Andreas Borgman has appeared in 16 games for Frölunda HC in Sweden's top league. He scored two goals and added seven assists.
