"My fascination and passion for ice hockey is still huge," Beat Forster explains in EHC Biel's press release. "To be able to play another year in red and yellow fills me with a lot of pride."
Over the past few weeks, a contract extension had become more and more likely. EHC Biel's team manager Martin Steinegger said that they leave it up to Forster if he wants to play another season with them.
This season, the six-time Swiss champion has appeared in 42 games, in which he recorded eleven points (four goals).
