As rumored, Chris DiDomenico will return to HC Fribourg-Gottéron at the end of the season. As known, the 34-year-old had asked for and received the early termination of his two-year contract with SC Bern and was thus free to look for a new employer for the next season.
DiDomenico closed the regular season with 53 points (23 goals) in 46 games leading the Bears in goals and assists. With 1.15 points per game, DiDomenico posted the second-highest average, only behind league top-scorer Roman Cervenka.
