"Rémi took another step forward last year," team manager Reto Kläy says. "With his performance, he has earned the contract extension. I'm sure there's still a lot of potential in him."
Vogel appeared in 15 regular-season games for EV Zug. He also suited up in four games for HC La Chaux-de-Fonds and in 25 games for EVZ's U20 team.
