Yesterday evening, at the General Assembly, the SCL Tigers were able to present a profit for the first time after loss-making business years. The main reasons for this are the record year in the Gastronomy & Events department with around one hundred third-party events, and substantial additional income in the area of advertising and sponsorship.
Thanks to this additional income, a small profit can be budgeted for the 2023-24 financial year. This is based on the assumption that last year's spectator average could be increased after the successful subscription campaign, which resulted in around 700 additional standing-room season tickets sold.
Finally, the club provided information on the new structures of the administrative office, with which marketing and digitization in particular are to be strengthened and driven forward. Accordingly, the organizational structure has been adapted and a new position has been created as the new Head of Marketing & COO (Chief Operating Officer), who will lead the "Operations" division from January 1, 2024, and will also be part of the Executive Board.
