According to Klaus Zaugg (Watson), Mike Künzle, who has recorded one goal in seven games for EHCB this season, has told EHC Biel's team manager Martin Steinegger that he will not extend his contract with the Seelanders.
He will supposedly make a decision next week about where he will play in the 2023-24 season. Apparently, EV Zug, HC Fribourg-Gottéron, and HC Davos have shown interest in the forward. It thus remains to be seen whom he will choose in the end.
