"We can't offer the playing time [he needs] at the moment, but we've got an opportunity that could be good for both parties," acting team manager Hampus Sjöström said in Rögle BK's press release.

According to Expressen, Riley Sheen will find said opportunity with EV Zug. Sheen has been playing in Europe since the 2020-21 season. After two seasons with the Bietigheim Steelers, he joined Rögle BK in 2022. This season, he has recorded one goal and nine assists in 23 games.
