Maxime Macenauer likely to stay with EHC Biel until the end of the year

As Le Journal de Jura reports, Canadian forward Maxime Macenauer, whose contract with the Seelanders would have expired next week, will likely stay with EHC Biel until the end of the year.

"It is not totally done, as Maxime has not signed it yet", says team manger Martin Steinegger. However, it looks like Macenauer will take them up on the offer. Initially, they had negotiated the parameters for a contract which would have lasted until the end of the season. (mso)
