Defenseman Dominik Schlumpf and EV Zug have extended their contract for two additional seasons. Schlumpf will stay with the Bulls until 2019.

Schlumpf's contract would have expired at the end of this season. Now, the 25-year-old will stay in Central Switzerland at least until 2019. Schlumpf joined the Bulls in November of 2014 when he was traded from HC Lugano to EV Zug.

In 103 NLA games for Zug, Schlumpf managed to put up 23 points (two goals). In his career thus far, he has played 252 NLA games.
