The 21-year-old center was of interest to several teams, among them HC Lugano and Lausanne HC. In the end, the Seelanders won out. The product of HC La Chaux-de-Fonds' organisation will now stay with Biel until the end of the 2018-19 season.
Fuchs is currently in his third season with HC Ambrì-Piotta and has scored nine goals and five assist in 32 games for the Biancoblù this year.
