The Grenats had been under investigation for an incident invoving Auguste Impose. The forward had been awarded a penalty shot in the game against Lausanne HC. As per rule 176, the player who was fouled will have to execute the penalty shot himself - unless he was injured on the play. Now, "injured" means that "a team doctor must confirm with the referee that the skater is physically unable to take the penalty shot".

According to the report made by the referees of said game, GSHC told them that Impose was unable to execute his own penalty shot due to injury. Thus, another player (Romain Loeffel) took the shot in his place. However, shortly thereafter, Auguste Impose resumed playing. Be that as it may, the single judge was not able to find any fault in the Grenats' actions, thus they will not face any disciplinary action.
