"I asked him how he sees his future," says the 44-year-old. "But he was not able to give me a concrete answer, which is why he is not issue for us at the moment." As the same source reports, the same applies to the SCL Tigers, who are also interested in Jobin.

Jobin had recently been told that his contract with the Bears would not be extended. The defenseman, who made his debut in the 1998-99 season, is currently in his 19th consecutive season with SC Bern. This term thus far, he has scored one goal and four assists in 29 games.

In other news, according to Blick, Aftonbladet's report about SC Bern having made an offer to Mattias Ritola before he signed with Leksands IF is not true. However, Alex Chatelain continues to search for an import forward.
